01. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provides directly to us when you use our services. This includes bank statements, financial documents, and contact information. We use bank-grade encryption to handle all data.
This data typically includes Transaction Dates, Descriptions, Amounts, Balances, and Account Holder names that appear on the provided PDF or image files.
02. How We Use Data
Your data is used solely for the purpose of conversion and verification. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your financial data to outside parties. Our verification process involves both AI and human auditors who are bound by strict NDAs.
All human auditors are required to access files within a hardware-locked secure environment where no local saving or screenshots are possible.
03. Security Protocols
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal and financial information. We use SOC2 compliant servers and end-to-end encryption for all file transfers and storage.
Our systems are regularly audited for vulnerabilities and follow the principle of "least privilege" for all internal data access.
04. Retention Policy
Unless otherwise requested, we retain your converted files for 30 days to allow for download and internal auditing. After this period, files are permanently deleted from our production servers using DoD 5220.22-M wiping standards.
Clients may opt-out of retention and request immediate deletion upon batch completion.
