Statement Map provides high-precision bank statement conversion and verification services. Our platform combines multi-engine AI extraction with triple-human verification to ensure the highest data quality in the industry.

Execution of services begins immediately upon successful file upload and payment confirmation.

Users must possess the legal authority to process the documents uploaded. You agree not to upload fraudulent or malicious files.

For optimal performance, users are encouraged to upload high-resolution scans or original digital PDFs. While we process low-quality scans, accuracy may be affected by extreme illegibility.

Pricing is transparently displayed and billed on a per-page bases. All payments are securely processed through our enterprise billing partners.

Refunds are issued based on our Accuracy Guarantee. If we fail to deliver accurate data, we will provide a full refund for the affected batch.

We guarantee 100% accuracy on all ledger line items (Date, Description, Amount, Parent Category). If a discrepancy is found within 14 days of delivery, we will fix the data for free and refund your original batch payment.

Accuracy is measured against the original source document provided by the client.

Statement Map is a data entry and verification service. While we provide audit-ready data, forensic decisions should be overseen by a qualified CPA or legal professional. We are not liable for business decisions made based on converted data.
